Terms of service

Thankyou for purchasing your items with The Face Paint Shop. We aim for customer satisfaction and raving fans! We have certain conditions for purchasing with us in order for us to conduct a professional, reliable and ongoing business.

1. Our customers are important to us, and we will always try our absolute best.

2. All items are listed in good faith. Prices, quantities and information may be subject to change without notice.

3. All purchases are final.

4. Products cannot be posted until complete payment has been received.

5. Although orders are shipped as soon as payment is received, the customer acknowledges that all courier services are third parties, as such we are not responsible for postage delays.

6. Under Australian consumer law, if products are damaged or grossly not as described, we are happy to offer alternatives, or store credit. If items are returned within 14 days and are unused, unopened and in original condition, a refund may be granted. Please see our refund page for more information. 

7. If chosen items are out of stock at shipping, staff will offer an alternative, credit, or option for back order. Customers must provide a phone number at checkout in case of this occurring. If no phone number supplied, staff will make best judgement at that time.

8. Customers have 30 days upon receiving their order to inform us of any discrepancies or damages to items. After this time it will be assumed that order is correct, and has arrived in good order.

9. Free shipping offers relate to total purchases over $99, or through certain promotions. Free shipping covers regular tracked shipping once per purchase. Free shipping offers are for Domestic Orders Only.

10. If items are returned or delayed through no fault of courier or TFPS, items can be re-sent at customers expense.

11. Items will be delivered to the address provided by customer on the checkout page. It is customers responsibility to provide correct shipping address.

12. The Face Paint Shop does not collect taxes for international orders. Customers are responsible for any import taxes/tariffs that may be charged upon arrival. Please check your respective customs office for any import charges you may face prior to placing your order.

13. International Orders may experience delays on route. International customers acknowledge that delays in international deliveries are not by any fault of The Face Paint Shop. The customer accepts that ordering via International Standard may take up to 14 business days to arrive.

14. All sales and promotions are run as once off events, and items cannot be rain-checked.

15. Any items specially ordered, custom made, or special services must be prepaid and cannot be changed. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This includes but is not limited to specially ordered items, custom made kits, custom split cakes and/or custom glitter gels, and Craft N Go items.

16. All services including workshops require a minimum 50% deposit.

17. All Craft N Go items are custom orders. The Customer acknowledges that there is a 6-8 week wait for items to arrive.

18. The Face Paint Shop is GST registered and GST is already included in the product price.
