Cancellation policy

Subscriptions are automatically charged every 6 months and dispatched every 3 months. Customer can cancel a subscription anytime within the billing cycle.

Customers are able to cancel orders prior to shipment via email or phone contact with the shop. Custom orders, and Craft N Go orders can not be cancelled once construction has commenced.
