Refund policy

The Face Paint Shop wants your shopping to be stress free. That’s why, in in addition to your consumer rights, we offer a exchange and refund program for customers who have purchased items within the last 14 days.

The Face Paint Shop will accept returns if the items are returned unused, unopened and in absolute original condition. We cannot offer returns for custom made or special ordered items, this includes Craft N Go Items.

Please ensure you wrap your items in lots of bubble wrap and ensure their safety for the trip. We suggest adding tracking so you can watch the journey. We will contact you once your item(s) arrives.
