Add a small amount of water then apply with brush or sponge. Don’t spray the paint as water can build up. Instead spray your sponge or dip your brush into clean water. Use warm water and soap to soften face paint and gently remove. We also suggest a shower or bath to allow steam to remove majority of face paint. If skin sensitive, consider using a cream based make up remover and finish with a moisturizer.

A splitcake is a face paint cake that is split into multiple colours and used as one sweep. Often also called one stroke cakes, rainbow cakes, euro cakes and blend cakes. Splitcakes come in different sizes, colours and brands.

We over both standard and express shipping services both domestically and internationally. We charge a flat rate of $9.50 for standard domestic shipping, and $13.50 for express. Spend over $99 to receive free standard domestic shipping, spend over $150 to receive free express domestic shipping. International shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination.

The Face Paint Shop prouldy picks and packs your order on the same business day. The delivery time is reliant on where you are located and what shipping service you have selected. Standard post has an average transit time between 3 - 7 business days, rural areas may take longer. Express post has an average transit time of 1 - 3 business days. A long time ago we used to wrap our orders in fancy wrapping paper and ribbons. They looked beautiful and customers appreciated their order looking like a gift. However, after the initial excitement, the wrapping paper and packaging was thrown out and destroyed. We as The Face Paint Shop have decided we would rather go green with our new packaging policy. When you order from The Face Paint Shop, you can expect • Recycled or eco-friendly packaging • Reuse of supplier bubble wrap and packaging. • Reuse of cardboard, inners and boxes • Compostable or recycled bubble wrap where possible • As close to possible to zero waste • Reduced additional paper print outs. • Overall less unnecessary paper And still the same love and attention to detail in packaging for your order that you have come to expect from our team. Your order will still be safely and secured packaged, but with recycled or reused bubble wrap, eco-friendly packaging, and sustainable materials. We will also no longer be printing your order sheet. Yes absolutely. The Face Paint Shop ships worldwide! Rates are based on weight, and we dont have any control over cost. International customers will be presented with shipping options on check out. *Please note that customers are responsible for any import taxes that may be charged upon arrival. Yes. If you change your mind on a product and wish to return it, you may do so as long as it is returned unused and in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. A copy of the receipt will be required with the product. If the product is to be exchanged then the product must be nominated in the return. Items of equal value can be exchanged. The Face Paint Shop may refuse exchanges or a refund if an item has been returned damaged or shows signs of use. Custom ordered or custom made items can not be returned for change of mind.

Yes, we can arrange an invoice for your products to be sent to you. Please note however that your items cannot be shipped until payment is received.
